1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Absent Earth Healing website at absentearth.com, or by booking any healing session or service offered by Christopher Howe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Nature of Services
Absent Earth Healing offers distant (absent) healing, energy work, and soul restoration sessions provided by Christopher Howe. These services are offered as a complementary wellness practice and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the outcome of any healing session. Results may vary between individuals.
3. Bookings and Payments
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms of Use. All prices are billed in local currency where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at chris@absentearth.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. Virtual World Tours
Participation in the Virtual World Tours (including the Virtual World Tour 2026 and World Tour 2027) is subject to availability. Free sessions are offered at Christopher's discretion. Booking a free slot does not guarantee a session if demand exceeds capacity. We will endeavour to notify participants as early as possible if a session cannot proceed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and descriptions — is the property of Absent Earth Healing and Christopher Howe unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absent Earth Healing and Christopher Howe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or our services. Your use of the Site and any services is entirely at your own risk.
8. Privacy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
